A concept proposal for a boutique multi-residential building in the heart of Rose Bay.

Located in a heritage conservation area, the intent of this design was for a contemporary interpretation that integrated into the context while clearly articulating the form as a new addition to the streetscape. It was a critical aspect of our design process to be in harmony with the surrounding iconic inter-war residential flat buildings.

Whole floor luxury apartments would allow residents to live the experience of a home in double bay, in a multi-residential context, helping to alleviate the high demand for homes in the area.
