Located in the Sydney’s charming Paddington, Caness bring a unique flavour to it’s vibrant dining scene; serving Spanish inspired Middle Eastern tapas with an extensive curated wine list.  

The brief was to design a warm and welcoming space that feels like home, one that celebrates the joy and connection of shared, tapas-style meals. Drawing inspiration from the venue’s soundtracks, we referenced the 1970s showcasing a rich palette of deep browns, earthy mustard tones, and bold reds. These tones are echoed in the terrazzo benchtops and warm timber finishes which together create an inviting and vibey bar scene.  

With the guests experience at the forefront of the design, the kitchen and bar are integrated in the dining room so patrons can witness the creativity of the open charcoal grill and experimental cocktails.
