This proposed development is a four storey mixed-use housing development on a prominent corner in Mona Vale. The building has been designed to read as separate modules with the corner element assisting in creating a sense of place adding to the piazza that has been created due to the generous corner setback.

The apartments above the retail spaces are a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, each with balconies and open air & light shafts, facilitating cross-ventilation to each apartment. The common areas have access to internal courtyards and natural light throughout the building.
